This cosy vacation villa rental is situated 700 m away from one of the best beaches of Naxos, Agios Prokopios, famous for its crystal-blue shallow waters and fine sandy beach perfect for a family holiday in Greece. 130 m away from the luxury villa Naxos lies a semi-private sandy beach that can be arrived at in less than 2 minutes. This traditional Greek home for rent sleeps 10 and features a main house and an annex. The main house covers 170 m2 and has four full bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room and a kitchen. The annex has 18 m2 of floors and enjoys a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The entertainment facilities include a Home Cinema featuring a DVD, a stereo system, satellite TV channels and VCR. There is WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree holiday and features a hob, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, kitchenware, pots and pans and a BBQ. Outside, the villa boasts a garden with lemon trees, flowers and a vineyard. There is a private 50 m2 swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a parking space.

The beach enjoys umbrella and loungers rental and is perfect for doing snorkeling. The beach benefits form several taverns and bars serving food. While the beach of Agios Prokopios lies only in 700, the nearest semi-private sandy beach is situated only 130 m away and can be reached in about 2 minutes´walk. The villa has an easy access to the town of Naxos with its bars, cafes, restaurants and shops located in mere 4 km or 8 minutes´drive. The Naxos airport lies in 5 km.

Nettoyage Quotidien: General daily cleaning is included. 

Taxes: All the taxes, except for the Government tax of 0,5 EUR per room and day, are included.

Nettoyage 2 fois par semaine: Change of bedlinen and towels every three days is included.

Petit-déjeuner: Breakfast basket can be brought in every day upon request (with a surcharge).

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 15:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upfront.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 45 days but more than one (1) month before the arrival date, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
