Beachfront, this luxury villa rental Naxos comprises of two houses built in 2015. Both come with private swimming pools and gardens, BBQ and al-fresco dining areas. In total, the property sleeps 18 people. Both villas are distributed over three levels. One of the buildings enjoys four bedrooms, all come with private bathrooms. There is an additional WC. The lower ground floor houses a bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchenette and a fitness area. The ground floor has one more bedroom while the first floor houses the remaining two. The common areas of this part of the Naxos villa for rent has a living room with a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen. Outside, there are two al-fresco dining areas, both are fitted with a table for eight and a vegetable garden. Further sleeping facilities are situated on the first floor. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 40%. 45 (forty five) days before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation 60 - 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 45 (forty five) days before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
