This charming Naxos vacation villa is situated within 500 m from the lively Plaka beach known for its white sand. Renovated, this traditional 3-storey Greek seaside villa for rent accommodates 10 people. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen. The bedrooms are fitted with double beds,the bathrooms come with showers and ara stocked with high-quality Korres amenities. There is satellite TV, central heating, WIFI and AC. The kitchen is totally equipped and comes with a fridge freezer, a grill, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, pots, pans and tableware, an oven and a hob. The dining table seats eight. Outside, you will find a swimming pool with Aegean sea views, an al-fresco dining area for 12 and an outdoor shower.

Plaka is a long white-sandy beach featuring several taverns, bars, restaurants and cafes. The next beach is Mikri Vigla Beach, both enjoy umbrella and loungers rentals. Naxos town with  is situated within a 20 minutes´drive, while the airport can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Additional Information

Nettoyage Quotidien: General daily cleaning is included. 

Taxes: All the taxes, except for the Government tax of 0,5 EUR per room and day, are included.

Nettoyage 2 fois par semaine: Change of bedlinen and towels every three days is included.

Petit-déjeuner: Breakfast basket can be brought in every day upon request (with a surcharge).

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 15:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. For the high season, 100% of the total rent shall be paid upfront.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 45 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rent is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than 45 days but more than one (1) month before the arrival date, the reservation deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, 100% of the total rental will be retained. The high-season bookings are non refundable.
