Description
This beautiful house with a spa area sits around 10 minutes drive` away from the beach. It is next to a village offering first need amenities to its guests, between the charming town of Lecce and the sea in Porto Cesareo. You will find restaurants, cafes, drug store and several shops there. Once a flower market, the house has been completely renovated with the use of the local materials and elegant furniture pieces yet keeping the original structure and charm.

The villa houses 9 bedrooms and sleeps 18 people. Some additional beds for children can be added.

Bedroom 2: ground floor, king-size bed, access from the exterior courtyard, bathroom with a shower and a WC.
Bedroom 3: ground floor, king-size bed + 75cm bed for a child, access tot he outdoor garden, bathroom with a shower and WC, TV.

Bedroom 9: first floor, double bed, bathroom with a bathtub in the room, WC (does not have a door), accessible through a partially covered outdoor staircase.
Living areas
There are two main double-height sitting areas with fireplaces. Both have access outdoors. One of them enjoys a painted vaulted ceiling. Next to it, there is a dining area with a big table and another room with tables and chairs. Right next to it but with a separate entrance, there is a chapel. Further on, on the other side there is a smaller sitting area. The other sitting room houses the landing and leads to one more design sitting area and guest WCs. On its other end, there is a kitchen.
Further on, there is a spa area on the basement floor. It features an interior pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a Jacuzzi, an emotional shower and a Vicky shower.
Outdoors
The impeccable manicured outdoor areas comprise of the big free-shaped swimming pool with an extensive sunbathing area, an al-fresco dining area..

Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily maid service (1 housekeeper for 6 hours) from Monday to Friday.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the tourist tax are included.
Charges de location: All utilities up to 1000 kws of electricity per week are included, Additional electricity shall be paid at KWS € 0,48 a kw.
Service concierge
Draps et Serviettes: Change of bedlinen and towels and check of bathroom amenities every 3 days.
Ménage final: Final clean up is included, shall the house be left in a reasonable state.
Divers: One lifeguard is available for 8 hours daily.
Food and drinks are not included.
