The villa sleeps 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, all of them sit on the lower ground floor and enjoy AC and safe boxes. All the rooms enjoys private bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth one comes with twin beds. The house enjoys a guest WC.
Also, the property has a staff room with a private bathroom.
Living areas
The main entrance is through the living room. Also, the same room hosts the staircase going down to the bedrooms. The living room enjoys a sitting area and a 2x2m maxi projector available both indoors and outdoors. There is a small laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker. Also, the house is fitted with SkyGo, Bose stereo system and WIFI.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
