This Sardinia villa rental sits close to Porto Cervo and Poltu Quatu marina on the hill of Miata. The marinas enjoys many cafes, restaurants and shops. The house enjoys wonderful sea views and Corsica mountains. It consists of the main house and the guest house. The property benefits form a heated swimming pool protected from the Mistral wind by the house and a fitness area. The pool has underwater windows opening on the gym. The villa sleeps up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms. There is AC and WIFI.

The main house comes with 7 bedrooms. All of them have private bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a king.size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. Also, there is a walk-in wardrobe. Further on, there are two queen-size bedrooms. Both enjoy bathroom with showers. One of them has a walk-in wardrobe. Finally, the other 4 bedrooms. One of them comes with a bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet and a walk-in wardrobe. The other ones enjoys showers and one of them also has a walk-in wardrobe.
The guest house sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms. Both enjoys en-suite bathrooms with showers. They share a living room with a kitchenette.
