Hilltop, this property sits amidst ancient medieval villages, olives trees and vineyards. Once a monastery, the property has been fully refurbished to offer its guests an utmost vacation experience in Tuscany. The house consists of the main building and a cottage. There is a beautiful private garden with several chill-out areas and a private swimming pool. The villa sleeps up to 28 people. There are 12 bedrooms, the main house bedrooms vary between 25 and 40 m2. Some of the bedrooms have sofa beds suitable for children, upon request.

Nettoyage Quotidien: Light daily maid service is included.
Taxes: All the taxes, except for the Tourist Tax (1 EUR x person from 12 years old and night for maximum 7 nights), are included.
Charges de location: Heating, gas, and electricity are included.
Nettoyage hebdomadaire: Mid-week change of bedlinen and twice-weekly change of towels for stays of 1 week+ are included.
One laundry service (washing, drying, folding) for stays of 1 week+ is included.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: Complementary bottle of red wine and starter assortment are included. The property has a restaurant, it is NOT privatized for the stay. If you d like it to be for your private use, please, enquire.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance along with the security deposit is due no later than 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 2 (two) months before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 2 (two) moths before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
