This beautiful Siena holiday home sits among Chianti classico vineyards and olive groves, within a short drive from Gaiole in Chianti. Some other charming villages of the area including Lecchi, San Sano and Raddi in Chianti can also be reached within less than half an hour. The villa enjoys a private swimming pool, the main house set on 3 floors and an annex. The house enjoys 200 m2 and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All the rooms and the ground-floor living room have AC.

Ground floor

This level benefits from a living area with a traditional Tuscany fireplace. Further on, there is a kitchen with a dining table. There is a gas stove, an oven, a toaster, cutlery and kitchenware. The same floor houses a full bathroom with a bathtub with a shower faucet, a separate shower and WC. Also, there is a laundry room.

First floor

This floor is home to the second living room. There are 2 bedrooms, both have bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms has an inseparable double bed, while the other one has a twin bed that cannot be pushed together. There is an additional bathroom with a shower.

Second floor

Upstairs, there is one more bedroom with a double bed and a small sitting area with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. also, there is small lounge area with a table.

Annex

This area enjoys an independent access and it is not interconnected with the main house. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Also, there is a small dining area with a table and a BBQ.

Outdoors

The villa sits in a 5 ha terrain with vineyards, olive grove and forests. It enjoys a private swimming pool of 15 x 8 x 1,4 - 2m. It sits right off the house. The pool benefits from a sunbathing area with loungers.

All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax are included Tourist tax shall be paid at the spot at arrival (2 EUR per person and night for maximum nights).

Divers:

The house caretaker lives on the premises within a short distance from the house. He can be contacted in case of doubts but will no bother your privacy.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 40%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 65 days before arrival. 
The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 65 (sixty-five) days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 65 (sixty-five) days before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
