Two steps away from Mensano village and not too far from Siena, this property can accommodate up tp 8 guest in its large 4 en suite bedrooms. Surrounded by a big garden it offer a perfect green getaway from the noisy city to host group of friends or family. This 350 m2 house is divided in 3 levels and offers all amenities to spend a true luxury stay.
Ground level
Guest will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room and few living rooms with fireplace, a guest toilet, a wine cave, a laundry, an office and a access to the interior courtyard with its wooden oven. There are two en suite bedrooms. one with a kind bed and the other with two queen size beds.
On the upper level, you will find two en suite bedrooms with king beds and bath tub
On the lower level, you have an additional living room and its guest bathroom.
The outdoors
The property is surrounded by a huge garden where sits the infinity heated pool, a outdoor dinning area under its pergola, a fire pit and a wooden oven

Nettoyage Quotidien: Light daily cleaning is included (making the beds, kitchen with one
start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
