This authentic Tuscan farmhouse has been totally refurbished to offer its guest a truly luxurious place to spend a vacation with friends or family. This 435 m2 house is divided in two estates. It sits on the hill surrounded by a lush wood and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 large en suite bedrooms.
The main house
On the ground floor guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room and big living room with fireplace. There is also one en suite bedrooms with two queen beds, a guest toilet and the laundry room.
On the upper floor sits two en suite bedrooms both with king beds and bath tubs and a sitting area in each room.
The annex
The 4th en suite bedrooms with king bed , shower and bath tub is located in the annex
The outdoors
The heated infinity pool and the Jacuzzi is located few steps away from the main house surrounded by the garden. The guest can also enjoy an outdoor dinning area, a lounge area under the pergola and a wooden oven,

Nettoyage Quotidien: Light daily cleaning is included (making the beds, kitchen with one
start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
