The master bedroom enjoys a queen-size bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The second bedroom enjoys a double bed as well, while the third one has two single beds. The bedrooms have wardrobes. Outside, the holiday home boasts a manicured garden, a private pool and a furnished terrace with an al-fresco dining area.

Service concierge

Nettoyage hebdomadaire: Every four days housekeeping of 3,5 h and weekly linen and towels change is included.

Outside spaces are cleaned daily. 

Draps et Serviettes: Bathrobes are provided for stays of one week and more.

Ménage final: Is to be done upon your departure.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday, flexible out of high season.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security Deposit shall be brought in cash and will be refunded to you by bank within one week after your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
