Some of the most emblematic spots of the area sit within an easy drive: Agafay desert, Oulrika waterfalls. Boasting a magnificent garden with palm trees, olive trees and flowers with the snow-covered Atlas mountain peaks at the back, the home is an idyllic place for a serene vacation.
The villa enjoys 1600 m2 of built areas and a land of 1,6 ha. It features hot-weather must, a heated pool of 22 x 11 m and an outdoor bar and a BBQ.

Living areas
The Marrakech home features an indoor TV lounge with a traditional Moroccan seating and a TV and a spacious living room of 60 m2. The latter one features a a seating area, a dining table for 12 and opens onto an interior patio with a fountain.
The kitchen is not accessible to the guests, it ll be used bu the in-house staff.

Outdoors
The home enjoys a big heated swimming pool (heating is not included) with a sunbathing area. Next to it, there is an outdoor dining area shaded with parasols. It seats 12 people. Also, there i s a BBQ, an outdoor bar and a Moroccan caidal tent of 80 m2.
In addition, the home enjoys 2 outdoor lounges with a covered terrace of 15 mw overlooking the pool.
