With stunning setting, exceptional staff and attention to detail this is an ideal place for extended families and groups of friends. This villa is unlike anything else you have experienced before. Each of the rooms offers unparalleled views of the beach, ocean and nearby islands. There are several indoor and outdoor living and dining areas and beachside salas for massage. There you can to relax with pre-dinner drinks and marvel surrounding beauty. The property boasts a large infinity pool, a private tennis court, kayaks and trampoline. The open-plan living space is fully decorated in an original Thai style featuring a high wooden ceiling, comfortable sofas and a long classic teak dining table. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen and a TV room. Outside, you will see the large wooden terrace with a unique antique dining table as well as relaxing sun loungers. There guests can have a al-fresco dinner or a BBQ whilst enjoying stunning sea views. There are four master and two single bedrooms. The first has twin beds, a walk in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a refreshing open air shower. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom features a double bed, walk in closet, a bathroom with covered bathtub and open air shower. All rooms are decorated with antique furniture and have sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the sea view and cooling breeze. Each of the bedrooms has air-conditioning, high quality mattresses, luxurious en-suites with baths and outdoor showers. All pavilions have direct access to a stunning secluded beach via an expansive courtyard with palm trees and where you will also see a swimming pool. The property boasts a private tennis court, located behind the main house and a massage sala. There is also a recently restored, 180 year old, traditional Northern Thai teak rice barn, known as the Kids Barn. It is equipped with two bunk beds. It has its own TV, music and games area. Upstairs, there is private bathroom and an outdoor shower. This villa is a truly unique and luxurious experience in a breath-taking setting, where you can leave all trouble behind. Your private Thai chef, villa staff and manager will take care of your every need.

Laem Sor beach is about 20 min from Lamai, and is famous on Koh Samui for its ancient Pagoda (Chedi). This is one of the most beautiful places on the island. The chedi was restored just a few years ago with glazed tiles that have a yellow colour often appearing to be gold. Next to the chedi is a small 'meditation forest' of trees with places to sit and even a few tables. Surrounded by the forest on two sides, this is a man-made lagoon with some mangrove trees planted along the ocean side. This is a quiet and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy untroubled day. In front of the Pagoda the beach is quite rocky and untouched. And if you go a bit further to the east, you will see a nice stretch of soft sand. Laem Sor offers stunning views over sea and nearby islands of Koh Taen and Koh Matsum. Here you can feel real Thai atmosphere thanks to local fishermen boats and enjoy one of most famous picturesque scenes.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 2:00 pm and Check Out time is 12.00 pm. Early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Balance payment shall be paid a minimum 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible. Deposit payment and balance payment are non-refundable unless another booking can be confirmed. Guests keep the amount paid as credit during one year with the possibility to schedule another stay.
