Luxury Villas Koh Samui : This splendid 6-bedroom villa is designed as a series of stand-alone living and sleeping pavilions set over four levels. Sited on a beautiful courtyard they overlook a white sandy beach and turquoise waters. The villa's lower level houses covered poolside lounge that is the perfect space for relaxation. A huge beachside Jacuzzi and two inviting ocean view swimming pools are perfect to spend untroubled day under the Thai sun. And thanks to the integrated sound system with iPad control centre you can enjoy your favourite tune in every corner of the villa. The multi-storey storey pavilion houses staff quarters upstairs and a spacious ground floor gym with various equipment for cardio and muscle work. The ground floor houses a double guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom that opens onto private ocean view terrace. On the basement level, there is a spacious twin bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower. Two more bedrooms occupy their own stand-alone bungalows. Both suites feature walk-in wardrobes and tropical bathrooms. The kitchen, lounge and dining spaces occupy their own separate pavilions. The lounge area is furnished with a long cushioned sofa and day bed. Next to it, you will see fully equipped kitchen with a central island breakfast bar. The ocean view dining pavilion seats up to 10 guests and is surrounded on three sides by slatted wooded shutters. The master bedroom is located in another pavilion. This is a luxurious double bedroom with additional oversized sofa, antique Balinese wooden carvings, an ample walk-in wardrobe area and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private terrace featuring a huge outdoor bathtub and a secluded private sun terrace with two sunbeds overlooking the beach. From the master suite you can access a sizeable day lounge area. There's a guest bathroom, a second kitchen and BBQ in this part of the villa. Just relax and forget about all you troubles and let efficient live-in staff to take care of the details. Moreover, there is a private chef to prepare delicious Thai and Western meals that you can enjoy in one of the many comfortable al fresco dining areas.

Bophut is one of the few spots on Samui that has conserved some of the island's original Thai-Chinese atmosphere. In reality it comprises two places: Bophut beach and the Fisherman's Village. Perhaps, it is one of the oldest places on the island. The beach stretches between Big Buddha and Maenam for several kilometres. A great place for family holidays, the white sandy beach is lined by a promenade with top restaurants. Bophut is one of the towns in Koh Samui where the Chinese migrants settled and stayed for many years, and recently, many companies have invested in the area. Fisherman's Village, a charming village on the east side of the beach, is fastly gaining a good reputation that stretches way beyond Samui. Undoubtedly, it is the most elegant and well-preserved place on the island. Lined by old wooden Chinese shop-houses, neighbouring with a few modern buildings matching the tone, it has conserved a distinctly Mediterranean feel. This has probably a lot to do with the fact that it was the main French outpost for many years. Take a walk through the Fisherman’s Village and its pleasant streets with a big variety of restaurants, bars and shops. This is a great place to find something unique and meaningful for your loved ones who have stayed home. Many handcrafted items are available there and its quality is generally high. But be prepared to barter for goods at least 20% off their offered price. You will never be bored as there is a big variety of water sports offered here, including jet skis and canoes. Moreover, there are dozens of sport bars, live music venues, all competing for guests' attention. Recently, Bophut has become a centre of yoga practice on the island and number of schools have been opened therein.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villas at the time of arrival or departure).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable
reservation deposit of 15% of the total payment and cost three nights
stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability.
During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental,
divided into 15% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the
booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole
amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is
applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa:
Standard and Peak Seasons:
- 30 days or more before arrival date
All payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by IPSL reservation department. The credit
value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.
- Within 30 days of arrival date
All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.
- Christmas and New Year Period
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if IPSL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of IPSL.
Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our local Representative’s Manager.
