There is the dedicated media room with high-end Bose Lifestyle audio/video system and 47" flat screen TV. Next to it is a fantastic modern western kitchen equipped with all modern appliance. There is also a Thai-style kitchen area with professional cooking equipment including a lava-stone grill and access to an impressive herbs garden. A fantastic open-plan living room merges with dining area. From there you can access the terrace with outdoor lounge and dining spaces. Above the living room, there's a glass fronted, well equipped gym with private shower room. Down the hallway you will find the library and office space. Upstairs, you will find breath-taking master suite, which covers the entire top floor of the building. The room features a walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, twin sinks and a walk-in rain shower. Through the corridor you can access the lounge area with high-end audio/visual equipment and comfortable seating. On both sides of the magnificent infinity edged swimming pool there are separate pavilions. Each has a private terrace, a comfortable lounge area on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are bedrooms with separate dressing areas, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, twin sinks and bathtubs. Both pavilions have a separate children's room complete with two bunk-beds and a private en-suite shower room. These rooms can be entered through the main bedroom or via a separate entrance from the poolside area. This is an extremely practical solution for visitors with children of all ages. There is also a large beachfront Sala with comfortable seating providing the perfect shaded place to enjoy a massage, dine, read or simply relax and take in the views of the beach and the ocean. From the main pool, water flows into a second pool - ideal for children. Integrated music system provides you access to your favourite music throughout the property.

The pristine jungle secluded beaches and stunning views of Angthong Marine National Park make Taling Ngam one of the most picturesque spots on the island. It is Samui’s best-kept secret place with fantastic sunsets enjoyable at the beach. The place is located on the west coast near the big town of Nathon. The area doesn’t have a party atmosphere like Chaweng, it is a beautiful and quiet spot that you’ll enjoy exploring. Usually, the beach is not crowded even during the peak season. Taling Ngam is truly a lovely, hidden beach on Koh Samui. Many tourists come here to admire the mystical sunset and views of the Five Islands against the backdrop of the cerulean bay waters. You can do swimming and snorkelling whenever you want, as the water here is warm and calm all year long. From here you can get to some of the most popular attractions on the island. Visit the charming Namuang waterfalls either on foot or on an elephant´s back. Go to Taling Ngam village, which has conserved its Thai practices. Explore some local restaurants along the beach, where you can try traditional food. The particular aura and the atmosphere of the place will make your trip uforgettable.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment and cost three nights stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental, divided into 10% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The first part of reservation deposit (10%) is non-refundable. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures are charged at 100%.
