In order to reserve the property you must pay non-refundable reservation
deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. Full
payment to be received at least 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 45 and 1
day prior to arrival and early departures charged at 100%.
