On the second floor, there are two bedrooms overlooking the pool, gardens and Kamala Bay. Both suites feature a private Jacuzzi bath, king sized bed, spacious living area, beautifully varnished wooden floors and ceilings. Three other luxurious guest bedrooms are located upstairs. Each of these suites comes with a private terrace for sunbathing, mini fridge and newly renovated en-suite bathroom. All bedroms are located in their own free standing pavilions to provide maximum privacy. There is a very large western designed kitchen with all the modern appliances one would expect.
The dining room sits adjacent to the large and comfortable living room with silk settee, day bed, 50” flat screen TV and en-suite. Located on north from the lights and noise of Patong Beach Kamala is a quiet stretch of sand with a more relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by mountain covered with thick jungle yet opened to the Andaman Sea, the Kamala’s scenery is as eclectic as it could be. This well-enclosed bay and fishing village surrounded by green hills is one of the most beautiful areas on the island. If you are looking for tranquil vacation Kamala with its quieter pace, is one of the best places for you. Whilst it doesn't attract tourists in the same numbers as other places it has a certain niche. Unlike Patong and Kata beaches, Kamala is cleaner and more isolated. You can enjoy the entire stretch on your own. Regarding nightlife, the area hosts enough cool venues or you can go to party at Patong Beach which is just a 10 minutes' drive. Among the best night spots in Kamala there is the most popular cultural show on the island: Phuket Fantasea, which everyday attracts thousands of visitors in its large Disneyland-like complex.

Check in/out policy
Unless agreed otherwise, check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, and may be subject to a surcharge depending on the number of hours requested and other specific circumstances).
Payment Policy
A 65% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa. A booking will only be regarded as confirmed once the deposit has been received in our account. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest 30 days prior to arrival, and 60 days prior to arrival for bookings during Peak Season from Dec.15 to Jan.15 (a 5% surcharge will be applied to late payments). Any booking less than 30 days prior to arrival will necessitate full payment to be made within 5 calendar days to confirm the booking. The villa might be re-let if payment schedules are not adhered to. All bank transfer fees, taxes and associated costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessee will forfeit 65% of the rental amount.
