This luxurious yacht is located in southern Turkey during summer (Bodrum, Gocek, Marmaris) and rest of the year in Istanbul. In Istanbul the yacht is moored in Marinturk Marina, just across the Prince Islands. Marinturk City Port is a vibrant hub for boating enthusiasts and tourists alike. This impressive marina is located in the quite district of Pendik,one of the lively coastal areas near Tuzla, in the south east of Istanbul. It is a popular place among those who wish to discover the quieter and historic side of the city. It will take you just 40 minutes to get to the heart of Istanbul. City Port is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the entrance to the Bosphorus Strait, which forms the continental boundary between Asia and Europe. Istanbul City Port is the center of Turkish yachting and big commercial area. Along the boardwalk you will find a big variety of delightful restaurants, cafes and shops. In the evenings you will hear sublime live music. It is worth exploring the area and enjoying the stunning marina with its glistening boats reflecting against the beautiful Marmara Sea.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. Balance payment shall be paid minimum 30 days before arrival via bank transfer. In case of a daily charter, you will have to leave food and beverage deposit of 500 EUR. In case of a weekly charter, you will have to leave food and beverage deposit of 6000 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Th guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible. The reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. If paid the balance, 20% will be returned if cancelled more than one week before arrival. No funds will be returned if the booking is cancelled one week or less than one week before arrival.
