Further on, the family-friendly beach of Tersanas is just around 1,4 km away. The villa sits in a private area with some parking lots. This level enjoys the living areas. There is a sitting, dining room and a totally equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace with outdoor sitting. The same terrace enjoys al-fresco breakfast areas.

This area houses the sleeping facilities. There are 3 double bedrooms there. Also, the same floor houses the service area with laundry facilities. The level has direct access to the pool and the winter garden.

There is a wild beach just around 300 m away from the house, while Tersanas beach is only around 1,4 km away from the house. The latter one is known as a beach for families with kids thanks to its shallow waters and sandy shore.

Nettoyage hebdomadaire: Cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every fourth day is included.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: The tennis court is shared with the other villas in the residential area.

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay 45% as a reservation deposit.
The balance and the damage deposit are due no later than 45 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 45 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival or less, or in case of a no-show or an early departure, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
Failure to pay any amounts due are considered to be a cancellation by the guests.
