Description
This countryside ouse sits between two small towns within 30 minutes from Cordoba. The estate enjoys beautiful views over Almodovar castle and The Brena reservoir and proximity to several hiking routes. It has more than 1200 ha of lands covered with gardens and forests. The house garden area is 5 ha. The house has 2 floors and 2500 m2. There are 10 bedrooms, the house sleeps 19 adults. There is AC and heating.
Lower floor
This level comes with 5 bedrooms. Two of them have double beds of 150 x 180 cm, while the other 3 have two single beds each (90 x 180 cm). Further on, there are 2 sitting rooms (one for ladies and one for gentlemen), a formal dining room and children ´s dining room. In addition, there is a meeting room and an office. The villa benefits from a multipurpose pavilion and several adjoining verandas.
Upper floor
Upstairs, there 5 more bedrooms. One of them features a double bed. The second one comes with twin beds. The third one has 3 single beds and would be ideal for kids. Finally, 2 more bedroom have big single beds of 135 cm.
Outdoors
Outside, the house enjoys a chapel, a Andalusian courtyard, manicured gardens and vast lands covered with forests.
Note: the guests do not have access to the kitchen. The house is rented with half-board or full-board service. No food can be brought in.

This countryside house sits between Almodovar del Rio and Posadas. Cordoba is located just half an hour drive away. It enjoys several World Heritage sites including Mosque Cathedral and Medina Azahara.
The nearest restaurants and grocery shops are in Almodovar del Rio and Posadas. A trip there will take you around 8 minutes by car. The former one features the castle filmed in Game of Thrones.
Also, the house enjoys proximity to Brena reservoir offering beautiful views and several hiking routes.
