This Ibiza vacation villa enjoys lovely sea views over Formentera, Porroig bay and Cala Jondal. The house within a short drive from Es Cubells beach, several restaurants and San Josep village with some first-need amenities. It sleeps up to 12 people and enjoys comfortable living areas along with a swimming pool.

There are 6 bedrooms in the house. Three of them sit on the ground floor, the other 3 are on the first floor.

Living areas
The living room enjoys a sitting area that opens on the pool overlooking Es Cubells bay. It features satellite TV with about 500 channels, DVD and WIFI. The dining room sits right by and enjoys a table for 8. Further on, the house enjoys a totally equipped kitchen with a central island. It comes with a fridge, a microwave, a hob, a wine fridge, a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Also, there is WC right by.
Outdoors
Outside, there is a dining area with a BBQ for 12. Further on, there is another outdoor dining area with a table for 8. Right by you will find an al-fresco relaxation area. The swimming pool is 9 x 5 m; it offers lovely views over Porroig, Formentera and Es Cubells bay. There is a 170 m2 sunbathing area perfect for 10 people.

Nettoyage Quotidien: Daily cleaning of 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday is included.
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax are included.

Check in/out policy
Check in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday. All other periods are flexible, upon request.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall paya reservation deposit of 50%. The balance is due no later than one month before arrival together with the security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, if any, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, early departure or no show, the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
