This vacation villa rental is set in the south of Ibiza just 6 minutes´ drive from the beautiful Es Cubells in the area known as the island Golden Mile. Another well-known beach of Es Torrent can be reached in around 6 minutes as well. This cove is considered to be the best spot to unwind as ball games and radio are prohibited there and is also known for its top-notch same-name restaurant that pretty much often has all the best loungers reserved for its guests. For snacks, there is a grocery shop in San Jose that can be arrived at in 6 minutes. Bigger supermarkets, other shops, cafes and restaurants are located in Ibiza town that lies 15 minutes away from the house. For partiers, Pacha Ibiza is only 18 minutes away and Amnesia Ibiza is 24 minutes´ drive away.

Additional Information
Nettoyage Quotidien: General cleaning made by two housekeepers from Monday to Friday from 09:00 till 13:00 is included. One housekeeper takes care of cleaning on Saturdays from 09:00 till 13:00.
Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax.
Charges de location: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen, towels and pool towels are changed once a week for stays over one week.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Divers: Please, note that a couple looking after the house lived in a separate property on the premises.
Check in/out policy
Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 2 (two) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
