Sitting in Canyamel area, this Mallorca modern villa rental benefits from lovely countryside views. Around 2 km away from the beach, the house enjoys a private swimming pool, a BBQ and a private garden. The floors of the house are about 615 m2, while the plot covers 2.425 m2.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The house sleeps 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, all come with double beds. In addition, all of them enjoy private bathrooms fitted with showers. One of the bedrooms enjoys an independent entrance. Two of the bedrooms can be laid out as twins. There is a dressing room.

Living areas

The living areas include a sitting area with two sofas and two arm-chairs. The entertainment facilities of the house include a TV, a DVD, sound system. There is a dining area with a table for 8 - 10 people. The house features a totally equipped kitchen with an oven, a wine fridge, a hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, cutlery ad tableware. There is a laundry room.

Outdoors

The private swimming pool has about 46 m2, it benefits from a retractable cover. The villa enjoys a garage, an al-fresco dining area for 8 -10 people and a chill-out area with a couple of sofas and an umbrella. There is a sunbathing area with 2 loungers.

Country club

The villa enjoys access to a country club sitting nearby. It features a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. Moreover, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some require a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

The northeast Mallorca is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque bays and coves, beautiful medieval fortresses, castles and monasteries. Sitting next to a golf course where the golfers could play with fee, the house is perfect both for families and friends. Apart from that, the course houses a country club that offers a great variety of facilities and services. There is a kids club, a healthy food cafe, a gym with a weights area and a yoga area, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and other services. Some of the Club services and facilities are payable, please, enquire.
The beach of Canyamel is approximately 2 km away. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and the trip there will take you about 5 minutes by car. 
Mallorca Airport is about 55 min drive away, while the town of Palma de Mallorca is a bit more than 1 h drive away. 
For some other famous Mallorca spots, the renowned tennis academy by Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.

Divers:

The club facilities are shared with the other guests of the golf. They include a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle.
They are NOT included and shall be paid apart and confirmed by the club. Please, enquire.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
