The common areas of the house include a living room with 2 sofas and 2 arm-chairs and a coffee table. The dining area enjoy a table for 6. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a fridge freezer, a wine fridge, a hob, an oven, kitchenware and tableware.

Outdoors

There is a lounge terrace with a fireplace and a private swimming pool with Roman steps. The upper floor houses a sunbathing terrace with a couple of loungers.

Country club

The villa enjoys access to a country club sitting nearby. It features a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. Moreover, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. Within a short drive to a golf course and the beach of Canyamel, it enjoys access to a country club (some services are available with a fee) and a serene setting. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Mallorca Airport is round 1 h and 80 km drive away, while the town of Palma is 1 h 11 minutes drive away. 
The renowned tennis academy of Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.
The Capdepera castle can be reached in less than 15 minutes drive away.

Divers:

The club facilities are shared with the other guests of the golf. They include a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle.
They are NOT included and shall be paid apart and confirmed by the club. Please, enquire.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
