Description

Surrounded by greenery, this contemporary villa rental Mallorca sits within a short distance from a golf club and the sea. The property enjoys a private swimming pool with a wooden deck and a sunbathing area. Also, there is a beautiful lounge area with a parasol right by. The house features a central heating system and AC.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The property sleeps 10 - 11 people. There are 5 double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom normally used for staff. The single room enjoys an independent entrance. Three bedrooms come with double beds, the other 2 feature twin beds. All the bathrooms are en-suite. One of them rooms comes with a dressing room.

Living areas

Further on, there is an open-plan living room with a dining area. The sitting area enjoys two sofas and a couple of armchairs and a coffee table. The dining table sits up to 10 people, there is a fireplace. Right by, there is a totally equipped kitchen. It features a central island suitable both for cooking and breakfast, a stove, a wine fridge and other electric appliances. The property enjoys a laundry.
Also, there is a TV room with a sofa and a table tennis and one more sitting area apart. There is a DVD, a sound system and WIFI.

Outdoors

Finally, outdoors there is a private swimming pool of about 40 m2 with a retractable cover. Also, there is a chill-out area with a sofa and arm-chairs and a sunbathing area. The lower floor double bedroom has a private terrace with loungers. 

Club House

The guests of the villa can enjoy the golf club house facilities. There is a gym (yoga and weights areas), an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. Also, the golf club has a healthy food restaurant, a steam bath and a sauna, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some with a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

The northeast Mallorca is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque bays and coves, beautiful medieval fortresses, castles and monasteries. Sitting next to a golf course where the golfers could play with fee, the house is perfect both for families and friends. Apart from that, the course houses a country club that offers a great variety of facilities and services. There is a kids club, a healthy food cafe, a gym with a weights area and a yoga area, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and other services. Some of the Club services and facilities are payable, please, enquire.
The beach of Canyamel is approximately 2 km away. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and the trip there will take you about 5 minutes by car. 
Mallorca Airport is about 55 min drive away, while the town of Palma de Mallorca is a bit more than 1 h drive away. 
For some other famous Mallorca spots, the renowned tennis academy by Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.

Divers:

The club facilities are shared with the other guests of the golf. They include a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle.
They are NOT included and shall be paid apart and confirmed by the club. Please, enquire.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
