This design home is a part of a resort enjoying a fine restaurant and a spa area. Yet it sits off the main resort area that gives it additional privacy just within a short drive form a village and resort facilities. There are several natural gems accessible by car around including natural parks, bays, coves and viewpoints. The home enjoys a private pool, a parking area and a comfortable chill-out. It covers around 175 m2. Two mountain e-bikes are offered to the villa guests.
The resort enjoys a restaurant whether the guests can have breakfast. Also, tehre is a spa area accessible to the guests of the resort. It comes with an interior pool a massage room, a sauna and a lounge area.

This home sits in the North-east of the island in a natural area, just some minutes drive away from the beach. It is a part of a resort offering a restaurant and a spa area. Several natural-beauty spots are just within a short drive away. They include Sa Tudossa, Farrutx viewpoint, Oliver bay, Na Clara viewpoint and Cap Ferrutx tower among others.
Palma de Mallorca lies around 1 h 5 minutes drive, the airport can be reached within more or less the same time.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay 50% upon confirmation and 50% 1 month before arrival.
For non-refundable rates the total amount shall be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
For non-refundable rates, no amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.
For flexible rates:
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival, 50% of the rent is not refundable.
In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival or less or in case of a no show or early departure, 100% of the rent is non refundable.
The property reserves the right to request credit card and charge respective sums against cancellations.
