The property has two floors. The ground floor houses the common areas. There is an entrance hall, a library, a living room, a sitting room, a TV room, a kitchen with a dining area and an office. The library features a fireplace. Further on, there is a guest WC and two bedrooms. Both of them come with private dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms.

The first floor is home to further two bedrooms, both come with private dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms.

The last two bedrooms are located together with the gym, a cinema room with a wine cellar, a multifunctional room, a hall, a laundry room, and a garage for two cars on the basement floor. The bedrooms on this floor can be either used by the staff or by the guests. They have a small private kitchen, a living area, a shower and an independent entrance. Further facilities including a bigger supermarket, pharmacies and shops can be found in San Pedro de Alcantara located just 9 km away. The beach is only about 17 km away and Marbella can be reached in about 20 minutes. For shopping, Puerto Banus, boasting a marina and such luxury boutiques as Louis Vuitton, Dolce Gabbana, Gucci, Valentino, Salvatore Ferragamo and many others, is located just in a 15 minutes´drive. Malaga airport can be arrive at in 50 minutes that makes it a great asset. For cultural trips, Sevilla, the capital of Andalusia, is just 2 hours and a quarter away, while Granada can be reached in less than 2 hours.

Additional Information

Taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.

Charges de location: Gas, water, electricity, and Internet are included. Pool heating is NOT included and shall be paid at 120 EUR per day if requested.

Service concierge

Nettoyage 2 fois par semaine: Three days a week housekeeping for groups of 6 people and less is included. Additional mandatory cleaning shall be paid for bigger groups.

Ménage final: Final cleaning for groups of 6 people and less is included. Additional mandatory cleaning shall be paid for bigger groups.


Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. the Security Deposit will be wired back minus bank fees upon your departure, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
