This beautiful home sits only around 7 minutes walk away from Piccolo Pevero beach. It enjoys private sea access (rocky bed) via a small staircase ideal to fresh up during hot summer days. Porto Cervo is around 8 minutes´ drive away and the marina is 10 minutes´ drive away. The first restaurant and a grocery shop are only 5 minutes´ drive away.
Cala Granu beach can be reached in 10 minutes and Romazzino Beach is 14 minutes away.
Olbia and its airport are around 40 minutes´ drive away, a totally comfortable distance for travelling with kids.

In order to book, you shall pay the reservation deposit of 50%. The balance along with the damage deposit is due no later than 1 month before arrival.
