Description

This charming villa for rent by Siena sits around 4 km from a small village of Gaiole in Chianti. It houses several grocery shops, cafes, a pharmacy and some other facilities. Perfect for families, the villa is a great base for travelling around - to Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Montepulciano - and also for visiting the local vineyards. This home sits uphill and enjoys a spacious central patio with a pizza oven and a BBQ area and private heated swimming pool with natural spring water. Also, it boasts a private gated garden of 2 ha with vineyards, olive groves and wild nature areas.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps 10 adults and 3 children. There are 5 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite, plus an additional bathroom. Four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, are on the second floor, while the 5th one sits on the ground floor. It comes with a double bed and benefits from a private terrace. The room opens onto the patio. All the bedrooms have AC, Bose sound systems, the bathrooms are fitted with Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries and slippers. 

Living rooms

The common areas of the Tuscany house include the main sitting room with a terrace, another sitting room offering lovely pool views and a large dining room. There are 2 DVD players, Netflix, media library and Naim music system. Also, the house has 3 TVs, one of them has cable TV, a laptop and enjoys WIFI throughout.
Further on, there is a large kitchen, a utility room, a games room and a gym. The kitchen features 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, gas stove, various utensils, fridge, cutlery and tableware. In addition, there is a separate private wine cellar. The games room is fitted with a billiard, baby foot and some other games. The gym features a treadmill and some weights. Finally, the laundry room houses a washing amachine, a dryer and an iron.

Outdoors

The luxury villa Siena features a private heated gated pool with remote control safety cover that is perfect fro families with young children. It features a sunbathing area with sun loungers and deck chairs. Also, there is a cocktail terrace and central patio that can host small events. There is a pizza oven and a BBQ and  an al-fresco dining area area for 12. There children swings and toys.

This luxury villa sits in Siena area, by a village Gaiole in Chianti. It houses several grocery shops, a pharmacy and a couple of restaurants/cafes. Also, this place is home to international vintage bike race L´Eroica. Some other charming worth-visiting Tuscan village including Radda in Chianti and San Sano and chianti wine estates lies within a short drive. Further on, bigger towns of the area, SIena, Arezzo and Florence can be reached in 45 min, 53 min and 1 h, respectively. 
The nearest airport is in Florence, a trip there will take you around 1 h 5 minutes.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 1 month before arrival. 
The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one moth before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
