This totally refurbished Tuscany villa rental enjoys sleek interiors and perfect modern amenities along with traditional architectural elements. Ideal both for families and friends, the house enjoys a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a gym, a steam room and a children playground. Just a bit more than 10 minutes away from Radda in Chianti and some other charming Tuscan villages, the place is a perfect base for the area exploration. Sitting in Chianti Classico region, the house is a bit of a bigger wine-producing estate. The villa sleeps 14 people. There are 7 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite.
Ground floor
This level enjoys a spa area with a gym, a massage room and a steam bath. Further on, there is a kitchen right by a veranda and a dining room. The kitchen enjoys an great range of cooking equipment and appliances.

First floor
This level houses the living room with a sitting area, a fireplace and a dining area. Also, it has a professional kitchen. It features a hob, an oven, a fridge freezer, a wine fridge, kitchenware and tableware. Further on, there are 4 more bedrooms.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the place offers total serenity. In addition, within about 45 minutes´ drive away from the area capital, Siena and around 1 h drive both from Arezzo and Florence, renting this house you will get easy access to Tuscany cultural side.
Seven spots in this area have entered the Unesco Heritage Sites list. They are Florence, Siena, Pienza and San GImignano old towns, Val d´Orica valley, Medici villas and gardens and Pisa Cathedral Square.
Above that, Tuscany region is especially loved for its stunning landscapes framed with olive trees, hills and vineyards. Several fine wines are from Tuscany - Chianti, Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino are among them.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
