Ground floor
This level comes with a spacious entrance with a stone fireplace. Further on, there is a small lounge area with sofas and a marble fireplace, dining room with a table for 16. The kitchen features a breakfast table, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher,
American-style double fridge, kitchenware and tableware. The same very floor hosts a guest bathroom.
First Floor
This level comes with a spacious living-room with sofas and a small lounge
with fireplace and a TV. Then, there are 3 spacious double bedrooms. All have en-suite
bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. Further on, there is a bedroom with twin beds that can be laid out as a double bed upon request. Its bathroom enjoys a shower.
The same floor houses a single room with a shared bathroom that can be used upon request.

Precisely, the house is just 20 minutes´ drive from Montalcino and a around 45 minutes´ drive from Montepulciano, 2 world-known wine areas.
Further on, the thermal baths of Bagno Vignoni is just 25 minutes away and the Unesco heritage Pienza is around 30 minutes away by car.

Check in/out policy
Check-in after 15:00 - 19:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 2 months before arrival.
The Security deposit (2500 EUR per rental week) shall be paid in cash at arrival. It will be returned to you shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 2 (two) months before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 2 (two) moths before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
