Sitting by the vineyards of the estate, the 650 m2 property is divided in three separated buildings that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located not too far from Siena, it is a the perfect place to enjoy privacy and silence and spend a great vacation with friends and family.
The Main House
On the ground floor, It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a large living room with fireplace. The main house is connected to two adjacent annexes by a outside terrace.
On the first floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with king size beds and bath tub.
The Annex 1
There is a living room and 1 en suite bedroom with king size bed and bath tub.
The Annex 2
On the ground floor, there is a living room and a bathroom with bath tub. An en suite bedroom with large sitting area is located on the lower level.
The Outdoors
The heated infinity pool with its sun beds sits in the garden few steps from the house. The terrace with the outdoor dinning area, a fire pit, the barbecue and wooden oven just by the house.

Nettoyage Quotidien: Light daily cleaning is included (making the beds, kitchen with one
start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
