Description
This impeccable Siena villa rental was built in the XVII century in Roman Baroque style. With superb manicured gardens, the house is perfect for a big family or several couples. Within a short drive from Siena and Florence, the place is an ideal base for the Tuscany exploration.
The house enjoy 13 bedrooms and several common spaces to chill-out.
The entertainment facilities include a TV, a sound system, books, a DVD player, WIFI, children´ s TV room, table tennis and table football. The bedrooms enjoy iPod docking stations. Also, they have AC that can be used upon request (not included).
There are 2 washing machines and a dryer.
Ground Floor
It features a loggia with tables for dining outside and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen enjoys a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven, a hob, microwave, kitchenware and tableware. Further on, there is a shower bathroom and a TV room with playstation and a printer.
Bedroom 1: king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a bathtub, safe box, disabled access.
Mezzanine floor
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160 x 180 cm), wardrobe, communicating room with bedroom 3, hall bathroom with stand-alone shower, safe box.
Bedroom 3: big single bed (135 cm), communicating room with bedroom 2, en-suite bathroom with a tub, desk, safe.
First floor
This level enjoys a dining room, a spacious living room with a fireplace and 3 further bedrooms. Also, the floor has a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, expresso coffee machine.

It is a majestic villa sitting with a very short drive from Siena, one of the most charming towns of Tuscany. Its historic centre has been declared Unesco World heritage. It features lots of architecture gems and must sees for any traveller. Palazzo Publico, Piazza del Campo, Santa Catalina sanctuary, Fortezza Medicea are among them. Above that, the town and the whole area of Tuscany has given birth to a simple yet absolutely delicious cuisine. It is also known for producing some of the finest wines including Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
Further on, Tuscany features magnificent nature, lots of natural reserves and parks and postcard-like landscapes. It is there where sits Val d´Orcia valley, also declared the Unesco World Heritage site, along with some other Unesco historic spots including Pienza and San Gimignano old towns.

Nettoyage Quotidien:
Taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist Tax are included Tourist tax shall be paid at the spot at arrival ( 2 EUR per person and night for maximum 7 nights).
Charges de location: Water, electricity and Internet are included. Heating is NOT included: 2.000 EUR per week.
Service concierge
Draps et Serviettes: Bedlinen and towels are changed twice a week for weekly bookings.
Pool towels are changed daily.
Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.
Chef privé: Chef and waiter services for all the meals including breakfast are included. The cost of food and beverages are NOT included and shall be paid apart: 100 EUR per adult and day, 50 EUR per child below 12 years old and day. Drinks and wine from the bar shall be paid locally upon consumption.
Divers: Laundry service is NOT included: 1.200 EUR per week.
Events are considered, please, enquire. Music time limit: 1 am.
Check in/out policy
Check-in between 16:00 and 19:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
