The common areas include a charming living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The dining table seats 6. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a fridge freezer, a microwave, kitchenware and tableware. The upper floor houses a study.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
