This holiday home by Marrakech, Morocco, enjoys stunning views over the Atlas. The villa sleeps up to 16 people. Boasting several lounges, a heated swimming pool area, a wellness spa area and a spacious manicured garden, it will become a great choice for a family or friends´vacation. There are six bedrooms designed in the traditional Moroccan style with the use of the contemporary elements. All of them are located on the ground floor and feature king-size beds, AC, mini-bars. All the bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms, AC, TV with international channels and safety boxes. All of them have private furnished terraces and come with dressing rooms. Two bedrooms are located in independent pavilions. The bedrooms floor spaces vary from 12 m2 and 45 m2. The master bathroom enjoys a bathtub, the other ones have showers. For your comfort, the bathrooms will be stocked with toiletries at your arrival. The spa area boasts a hammam, a private outdoor heated pool of 15 x 8 m and a gym. Outside, there are various lounge areas with day beds and sofas and an al-fresco dining. Room service is available.

Additional Information

Nettoyage Quotidien

Taxes: All the taxes except for the City Tax of 3 EUR per persona and night are included. The City Tax shall be paid at arrival in cash.

Charges de location: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included. Hammam heating is NOT included and shall be paid at 50 EUR per day. Pool heating is NOT included and shall be paid at 150 EUR per day. Pool heating shall be confirmed no later than ONE week before arrival and shall be taken for minimum 5 days. 

Service concierge

Petit-déjeuner: Traditional Moroccan breakfast is included.

Transfert aéroport: Airport pick-up and drop-off are included.

Ménage final: Final cleaning is included.

Chef privé: Traditional Moroccan dishes for lunch and dinner can be served.

Divers: Pool heating is NOT included and shall be paid apart at 150 EUR pre day with a minimum of 5 days.
Kitchen CANNOT be used by the guests but the cook can prepare lunch and dinner.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% (divided into two parts, 20% and 30%). The rest together is payable ONE (1) month before arrival. Security deposit will be guaranteed by a Credit Card (not debited).

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one (1) month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one (1) month before arrival, the total rent is non-refundable.
