Description

This cozy house sits in the area of Port d´ es Torrent within a short drive from several beaches and coves. Cala Codolar, Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are among them. Totally renovated, it is a perfect place to enjoy and unwind for a group of 12 people. The house enjoys refined interior design and manicured outdoor areas. There is a pond with fishes and several charming chill-out areas. In addition, the house features a petanque track, a ping-pong table, a baby foot, a piano and a basketball hoop and bicycles.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa enjoys 6 bedrooms, all of them are en-suite. The master bedroom is in the main house. It features a king-size bed, a fireplace, a ceiling fan and a dressing area. The room has a private separate sitting area and looks over the pool and the garden. Its bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The guest wing houses 4 further bedrooms. One of them comes with a queen-size bed. It benefits from a private terrace and has access to another terrace with sea views. Further on, the other 2 bedrooms also enjoy queen-size beds and garden views. The 5th one also comes with a queen-size bed and it doubles up as media room or office. The last bedroom overlooks the pool and has a double bed. It comes with a micro-cement bathroom. All the bathrooms have showers and WC. There is a gust WC.

Living areas

The living areas comprise of a sitting room with sofas and a fireplace and a half-tail piano. The dining area is situated in a spacious terrace. The house features a Movistar fusion TV  It is fitted with a table for 12, benches and sofas. In addition, the house enjoys a rustic totally- equipped kitchen open to the patio. It features a dishwasher, a fridge, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a grill, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, an ice maker, kitchenware and tableware. Finally, the house has an open-plan gym and a linen room.

Outdoors

Outside, there is private swimming pool with a large sun deck with balinese beds, umbrellas and loungers. The terrain covers about 3000 m2 composed of a large lawn area and a Mediterranean garden with several chill-out areas. In addition, there is a BBQ area and a spacious roof top terrace.

This charming Ibiza house rental sits in the area of Port d´EsTorrent, within a short drive from several beaches including port d´es Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Codolar and Cala Conta. In addition, several picturesque coves as Punta des Trencs and Punta de Sa Pedrera are within a short distance as well. 

San Antonio with its port and facilities sits just 13 minutes´ drive away. It also houses many restaurants and cafes. The nearest restaurant is only about 800 m away, 2 minutes´ drive or 10 minutes´ walk away. Also, the nearest grocery shop is only 300 m away.

Ibiza town, its port and its airport are about 20 - 23 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to book the property, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance together with the security deposit shall be paid no later than 1 month before arrival. 
The Security deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation one moth before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
