This modern villa for rent is only about 1,7 km away from the beach. It benefits from a private swimming pool with Roman steps, a charming chill-out area, mahogany finishes and sleek interiors. The villa is next to a golf housing a country club accessible by the guests. The house is about 510 m2 and the plot is around 1830 m2. 

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa enjoys 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. Two bedrooms are double and benefit from en-suite bathrooms. The 3d bedroom enjoys two single beds and also has a bathroom. All the rooms benefit from AC and heated floors. There is an addition room with a sofa bed that can be used for a child.

Living areas

The common areas include a living room with 2 sitting areas, a dining area with a fireplace. The dining area sits right by the open-plan kitchen fitted with all the necessary equipment. It enjoys a fridge freezer, a microwave, an oven, a wine fridge, a stove, kitchenware and tableware.
The house enjoys a laundry and a storage.

Outdoors

Outside, there is a private swimming pool with a chill-out area and a daybed. It enjoys a retractable cover. There is a BBQ and a garage.

Club House

The guests of the villa will benefit from access to a club house with a gym (yoga and weights areas), an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. In addition, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some require a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

This luxury villa for rent sits in the northeast of Mallorca. It is next to a golf course where the golfers could play with fee. Apart from that, the course houses a country club that offers a great variety of facilities and services both for families and friends. There is a kids club, a healthy food cafe, a gym with a weights area and a yoga area, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and other services. Some of the Club services and facilities are payable, pleas, enquire.
The beach of Canyamel is within 5 minutes drive, or around 1,7 km away. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and the trip there will take you about 5 minutes by car. 
Mallorca Airport is about 55 min drive away, while the town of Palma de Mallorca is a bit more than 1 h drive away. 
For some other famous Mallorca spots, the renowned tennis academy by Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.
The northeast Mallorca is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque bays and coves, beautiful medieval fortresses, castles and monasteries.

The club facilities are shared with the other guests of the golf. They include a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
