This exclusive house sits by the town of Porreres. It is an authentic but totally restored 17th century mansion. The property benefits from a big garden and a private swimming pool. There are 3 floors and 6 bedrooms. All the rooms and the main hall enjoy AC. Plus, there is a heating system throughout the house. All the rooms, garden and the pool area enjoy Internet access. The property sleeps 12 adults and 6 kids.
Moreover, the house enjoys a cellar that holds 100 people and would be ideal for an event.
Lower floor
You will find there 2 bedrooms. Bot have twin beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together upon request. They share a bathroom with a large shower and a dressing room.
Main floor
This level has further 7 bedrooms. Two of them enjoys king-size beds of 190 cm. Both have bathrooms with large showers. One of them rooms comes with a dressing room. The third bedroom comes with twin beds that can also be pushed together to make a double bed. Its bathroom has a bathtub. Finally, the fourth bedroom enjoys a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm. It has bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a dressing room. All the bedrooms have TV, shutters, mosquito nets and double curtains. Further on, there are 3 more bedrooms with twin beds. There is a WC.
In addition, there are several living areas including a sitting room, a formal dining area for 18 and a breakfast area for 10 in a rustic pre-kitchen. Also, there is a totally-equipped industrial kitchen with many electric appliances.
Outdoors

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or in case of no show: 100% will be retained as a penalty.
