Description

This modern style villa sits by a golf course within a short distance from the beach. It sits in northeast Mallorca known for its golden beaches, picturesque coves and charming fortresses and monasteries. Within around 15 minutes, or 1,7 km, away from Canyamel beach, and with its sleek design, the villa has it all for a carefree vacation in the Balearic islands. This is a smart house with lights, AC, heating control. It has heated floors and AC in all the rooms. The floor cover about 440 m2, the terrain is about 1440 m2.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps 8 - 10 people. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them are en-suite. Three bedrooms come with inseparable double beds, the 4th one enjoys twin beds. Also, there is an additional single bedroom with a bathroom normally used for staff as it s simpler. Finally, there is a dressing room.

Living areas

The house common areas include a cozy open-plan living room. It enjoys a sitting area with a sofa and a couple of armchairs and a TV. Further on, on the other end of the room, there is a dining area with a table for 8 - 10 people benefiting from a fireplace. The room end up in an open-plan kitchen. Also, there is another service kitchen right by, a storage area and a laundry.
The entertainment facilities include WIFI, DVD, sound system and TV. 

Outdoors

Outside, the house features a private swimming pool of about 60 m2 with a retractable cover. The upper floor enjoys a terrace with an al-fresco dining area.

Club House

The guests of the villa will benefit from access to a club house with a gym (yoga and weights areas), an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. In addition, there is Turkish bath and a sauna. The club also comes with a healthy food restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle. The club facilities are available upon request, some require a fee, that depend on the season, please, enquire.

This Mallorca luxury villa is located in the North-Eastern part of the Balearic island. It is next to a golf course where the golfers could play with fee. Apart from that, the course houses a country club that offers a great variety of facilities and services both for families and friends. There is a kids club, a healthy food cafe, a gym with a weights area and a yoga area, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and other services. Some of the Club services and facilities are payable, please, enquire.
The beach of Canyamel is within 5 minutes drive, or around 1,7 km away. The nearest grocery shop is in Canyamel and the trip there will take you about 5 minutes by car. 
Mallorca Airport is about 55 min drive away, while the town of Palma de Mallorca is a bit more than 1 h drive away. 
For some other famous Mallorca spots, the renowned tennis academy by Rafa Nadal and the town of Manacor where you will find some first-need facilities are around half-an-hour drive away.
The northeast Mallorca is known for its sandy beaches, picturesque bays and coves, beautiful medieval fortresses, castles and monasteries.

Divers:

The club facilities are shared with the other guests of the golf. They include a golf, a gym with a fitness area and a yoga room, an indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, an outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant, a kids club, a tennis and a paddle.
They are NOT included and shall be paid apart and confirmed by the club. Please, enquire.

Check in/out policy

Check in between 15:00 and 22:00.
Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance is due no later than 1 month before arrival. The security deposit shall be paid at arrival along with the City Tax.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival the reservation deposit is not included.
Inc ase of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, in case of no-show or early departure, the total rent will be retained.
